Palmers Protect+
If you have chosen to add an extra layer of security to your personal belongings and household items during the transit to New Zealand, complete the form below, otherwise skip this step.
Note: Extended Warranty must be paid 5 days prior the move

Pay our Invoice
If the payment has been made, thank you.
If any adjustments are made and/or you have an outstanding amount to pay, please pay now or make sure payment is made 7 days prior the move.

NZ Customs Form
For us to send container to New Zealand, please complete and upload NZ Customs Form – NZ CS218. This step is mandatory.
On the NZ Customs Form, you must include an assessed value on page 2 under Consignment Details, as well as who packed the goods, if you have a copy of the packing list and also if you are aware of the contents of the shipment. If you tick “yes” to anything that requires further detail, this must be outlined in the columns below the set of questions. Customs will not accept Declarations missing this information.

New Zealand Quarantine Supplementary Form (MPI)
For stress-free relocation process and smooth customs inspection, please complete the supplementary form providing necessary information. Shis step is mandatory.
– List yourself as the importer and leave the container and agent blank at the top of page 1.
– Please list all package numbers for all biosecurity items listed on NZCS218

NZCS224 Form
Last mandatory form is: Client Registration Application form NZC224.
Please complete and upload the form. When unsure how to complete this form, please contact your move coordinator.
Once completed, please submit the forms from Steps 3, 4 and 5 here:

Alcohol Inventory Form
If you are sending alcohol to New Zealand, please complete the Alcohol Inventory form.
If you are not sending any alcohol, skip this step.

Packed by Owner Form
If any of the boxes has bas been packed by yourself or your family member, please complete the form below, otherwise skip this step.

Vehicle Import
Form
If you are planning to ship your vehicle to New Zealand, please complete the QUESTIONAIRE FOR IMPORTATION MOTOR VEHICLES and send it to your move manager or upload below, otherwise skip this step.
