Furniture Removalist

Are you a hands-on individual with a knack for careful and efficient handling of furniture? Palmers Relocations, a leader in premium moving services, is currently hiring Furniture Removalists to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently load, unload, and transport furniture between locations.
Ensure proper wrapping and protection of furniture items during the moving process.
Collaborate with the team to coordinate packing and unpacking procedures.
Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols throughout the moving process.

Requirements:

Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy furniture items.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Attention to detail to prevent damage to furniture and property.
High work ethic and attention to detail.
Well-presented, reliable and punctual.
Clean driving record (if required).
Possess initiative and problem-solving abilities.
Calm, patient and positive attitude.
MUST be a team player

Licence/Certification:

MR Licence (Preferred)
HC Licence (Preferred)
Forklift Licence (Preferred)
Full Driver Licence (Preferred)

Own or have access to a reliable vehicle suitable for transporting household items.
Possess necessary equipment, such as blankets, straps, and dollies.
