This essential form is required to clear your goods through Australian customs.
Please complete only if this was listed under outstanding documents in the email you received.
Important Instructions:
- Electronic signatures are not accepted by the Australian Border Force. Please print, complete, sign as per your passport, and upload the form.
- Separate B534 forms are needed for each shipment type (sea and air).
