If you have chosen to add an extra layer of security to your personal belongings and household goods during the transit to Ireland, complete the form below.

If you don’t require Extended Warranty, skip this step. 

Please Note: The Extended Warranty must be paid 7 days prior the move.

If the payment has been already made, thank you.  
If any adjustments were made and/or you have an outstanding amount, please pay now or make sure payment is made 7 days prior the move.

Please complete the Application and Declaration for Exemption from Import Charges and Vehicle Registration Tax, and submit the form together with the required documents from Step 4. 

This step is mandatory. 

For ALL Shipments to Ireland, along with the T.O.R and C&E 1076 forms (Step 4), customs also require these documents from Australia:

• • • Cease of Lease / Disposal of Property
    • Cease of Employment (if applicable)
    • 4 Utility bills or bank statements covering your last 12 months outside of Ireland
    • ! Example: if you returned in May 2025, your utilities would be April 2024, August 2024, December 2024 and April 2025

And these documents from Ireland:

• • • Proof of address – this is a utility bill
    • Proof of residence – this is proof of ownership or rental of your property.
    • If you are staying with family, a letter from your family member stating you are residing with them, signed and dated and a utility bill in their name.
    • Proof of employment – Pay slips are not accepted.
      If you are unemployed, a letter stating that, signed and dated.

If you are shipping a Vehicle Only (Skip to Step 8):

If you are shipping a Vehicle with Household Goods, in addition to the documents listed above for all shipments, you’ll also need to provide the following for your vehicle:

• • • Vehicle Registration (Rego): 6 months or older
    • Proof of registration in your name
    • Proof of Purchase: This could be a bill of sale or other document showing ownership.
    • Vehicle Insurance: A copy of your current policy or proof of coverage for the past 6 months minimum.

Please submit ALL required documents below directly to Irish Customs.
When sending your email, kindly use your name in the subject line.

If you are sending alcohol to Ireland, please complete the Alcohol Inventory form. 
If you are not sending any alcohol, skip this step. 

If any of the boxes has bas been packed by yourself or your family member, please complete the form below otherwise skip this step.

After arriving in Ireland, please complete the Garda Letter signed by Garda officer and upload the form on Step 5 before the goods arrive in Ireland.

This step is mandatory.

• Proof of Purchase
• Insurance 6 months or older
• Completed: Application and Declaration for Relief from Vehicle Registration Tax (VRT). You can find this form below.
