Palmers Protect+
If you have chosen to add an extra layer of security to your personal belongings and household goods during the transit to the US, complete the form below.
If you don’t require Extended Warranty, skip this step.
Please Note: Warranty invoice must be paid 7 days prior the move.

Pay our Invoice
If the payment has been already made, thank you.
If any adjustments were made and/or you have an outstanding amount, please pay now or make sure payment is made 7 days prior the move.

Customs 3299,
Supplemental & POA Forms
For us to send container to the US, please complete the Customs 3299, Supplemental and POA forms. These forms are mandatory. If you have any questions, your move manager is here to help.

Alcohol Inventory Form
If you are sending alcohol to the USA, please complete the Alcohol Inventory form.
If you are not sending any alcohol, skip this step.

Packed by Owner Form
If any of the boxes has bas been packed by yourself or your family member, please complete the form below otherwise skip this step.
